Juliann Kelley leverages her experience from both private practice and corporate counsel roles to advance clients’ business objectives and risk management goals while effectively managing litigation.
Ms. Kelley focuses her practice on product liability and commercial litigation. She represents manufacturers and other companies in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, contract disputes, and property damage. She has also successfully defended manufacturers of automobiles and consumer goods, as well as retailers, engineering firms, and various service providers.
Throughout her career, Ms. Kelley has handled litigation in state and federal courts, from inception through resolution. She has a track record of securing favorable outcomes for clients, including obtaining summary judgments at the trial court level, defense judgments, and negotiating advantageous settlements when non-trial resolutions are preferred.
In her role as Corporate Counsel for a large U.S. franchisor, Ms. Kelley had a broad range of responsibilities, including litigation management, privacy law compliance, commercial agreement negotiation and enforcement, and providing legal counsel on a variety of issues presented by the organization.
Juliann earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University’s School of Law, and she further honed her litigation skills by completing the International Association of Defense Counsel’s Trial Academy in 2017.
