We are thrilled that Wendy Shepps has
become Of Counsel to the firm.
Wendy is a "lawyer's lawyer",
experienced in defending attorney professional liability cases,
along with advising and representing attorneys with practices
in general liability, product liability, matrimonial, real
estate, contracts, and estate and trust law. She has defended
other professionals, including agents and brokers, in complex
litigation in Iowa, Illinois, Virginia, New York and New Jersey.
Wendy is experienced in all phases of general liability litigation
and has defended product liability, construction, insurance
coverage and commercial litigation. She worked with several
of us at another firm for over a decade.

and Florida, and can be reached through our New York office.
Bruce Ainbinder and Bryon Friedman
won summary judgment on a breach of contract claim against
a subcontractor on behalf of our specialized contractor client
in a New York County Supreme Court, case Severo, Cortese v.
Rockefeller University.

York City.
Bryon Friedman received a $1,015,648
judgment in a New York County action to enforce a commercial
debt. The debtor paid the full referred amount.

she co-authored with one of her Fordham Law professors entitled:
