Bob Kelly, Jason Schmitz and Jim Ughetta
won summary judgment in a NJ case involving allegations that
a defective helmet contributed to the plaintiff's injuries.
The Court accepted our argument that the plaintiff's expert
was offering a mere "net opinion" unsupported by
the scientific method, barred the expert and granted summary
judgment for our client.

Canada presented by the Center for International Legal Studies.
The audience included law professors and attorneys from Australia,
