Wendy Shepps is of counsel
to the firm. Ms. Shepps is experienced in all phases of general
liability litigation and has defended a major transportation
company. She has also defended product liability, construction,
insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
Ms. Shepps has extensive experience as a
"lawyer's lawyer," defending attorney professional
liability cases. She regularly advises and represents attorneys
with practices covering diverse areas of the law, such as
general liability, product liability, matrimonial, real estate,
contracts, and estate and trust law. She has defended other
professionals, including agents and brokers, in complex litigation
in Iowa, Illinois, Virginia, New York and New Jersey.
Along with extensive litigation experience
in trial level state and federal courts, Wendy Shepps has
substantial appellate experience. She has handled successful
appeals in both state and federal courts.
