Joseph Lipari focuses his practice on litigating products liability cases and advising clients in commercial disputes and product recalls. He has defended clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States
and before binding arbitration panels. Mr. Lipari has also conducted commercial real estate closings and has
successfully litigated breach of contract cases, environmental remediation disputes and commercial landlord/
tenant disputes.
He has successfully defended property and business loss subrogation cases as well as catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases involving industrial products and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals.
